I am 6'0 ½ or 6'1 weighing 244. I have a very long torso so was worried that it would not be long enough. My bust is 47½ waist 44 and hips 50 ½ so I order an 3x which fits perfectly but I may have been able to get a 2x but the 3x is completely fine. The waist trainer covers the fupua area to it entirety. I noticed that my back fat was poking out at the top of the waist trainer so I readjusted for the waist trainer to come up more in the back and WALLA 🙌🏿 instantly felt like it was hot girl summer again dead in the middle of winter! Be careful not to tighten it to tight because I did that at first and it felt like my ears starting breathing so I loosened it up and it felt much better.
