But reconciled. *by N***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 4, 2020* EDIT... despite the confusion regarding customizing my order, the company was happy to do what they could to accommodate me, which I very much appreciated! Overall, they were a good company to work with and their product it's beautiful.I purchased the full lace version, and contacted the seller for a custom cap size (a medium is too big in circumference and from forehead to nape and a small is too small in circumference). I gave my dimensions and was told it would be made and sent. I received a truly beautiful and well made unit, but it was not customized, because (I later find out) the factory is overwhelmed so they just sent the pre-made medium cap without contacting me or giving me the option to cancel. I can use the adjustable straps to tighten, but it leaves a lump at the back of my head, and it's also way too low on the nape of my neck so there's absolutely no way I could wear it up, which almost defeats the purpose of the full lace. If you have a larger ocitipal bone and/or a lot of hair to tuck in to a cap ( I have a shaved head), it's a beautiful unit. My only suggestion is to avoid attempting to customize, as per their listing. The price is still very reasonable for a full lace unit. The knots were bleached. The hairline is plucked perfectly.
