It runs HUGE, but it doesn't bug me. The manufacturer doesn't use the Tog system, so I can't say exactly how warm, but it is multi layered and definitely warmer than the single layer sleep sack my baby had just grown out of. It’s made of super soft two layers of 100% cotton and the zipper from back to front is very practical when changing diapers. It runs very big and loose but I personally like it since it’s a sleep wear. Normal jammies are little bit on the cold side for my girls since they never stay under the blanket. But with this sleeping bag I know they are warm and cozy during night.
