The metal is not very resilient. It comes sharp, which is nice, but loses it's edge fairly quickly and after my first spoon, I already had some damage to the hook knife (very small chips in the edge. I knew what I was getting when I bought this, I wasn't expecting amazingly high quality, but for the price, it's a solid set.
