We have had rain, snow, wind and sun and nothing has changed within the glass.I also purchased a smaller storm glass from a different company and low and behold the cheaper storm glass is working. I would return this product if I could. I will be regifting this to my least favorite relative this Christmas. Once again don't buy this item not unless you are looking for a pretty decorative glass piece. Also the temperature on the wooded pedestal has read 66 degrees since it came out of the box. Buyer beware!! ### ⭐ Disappointed! *by J***N on February 4, 2020* I got this for my kids for Christmas. It came super fast. Temperature/humidity gauge didn't work. Batteries were in the unit. The storm glass hasn't change once. I waited for the 2 week adjustment phase. We had a winter storm and it snowed 7 inches. Glass didn't do anything, all the snow crystals are at the bottom of the glass, and are still there. It's almost like this was returned and resold to me.
