Might be somewhat a combination of cinnamon and vanilla taste, but not exactly. I mix with milk and it mixes well. I will probably not buy again, but would at least consider buying it again if on sale.

No cardamom flavor. The product supplied had an expiry within 3-4 months. The product was yellow in color that usually happened in my experience after a long storage. I did not rate Ingredient quality because that can be done only after lab testing.
