I'm 6'0 and weigh 268lbs and I got a XXL and it fits snug. I could've probably went with a XL that way I can clasp it tighter as my stomach shrinks but the XXL works just fine. I am using it in tandem with a heat cream to promote for sweating in the targeted area and faster weight loss. One thing I can say is measure yourself before purchasing as to get the right size. Whatever size your waist is use that as a guide and look at the last number for the size and get that one.
