A: Yes they are,and they are the best! I have ordered many jars and will continue to do so.

A: As far as I know they are Calabrian peppers.

A: if you like spicy food why not? not extremely spicy but they definitely have a good kick. very salty though.

A: the ones i received were the same as calabrian and same great taste
