It is a famous sweet dish originally from bihar and now made and consumed throughout India. It made from grilled gram flour flakes, mixed with almonds, pressed into balls and fried in ghee.People usually prepare it on festivals or household events. Ladoo Motichur (Gram Flour Nugget) is a one of a famous exclusive sweet. These golden nuggets are freshly made with chick-peas flour, sugar, butter, canola oil, cashews, sultana, and cardamom. They are packed with flavor and loved by children and adults of all ages.  The name is derived from the Hindi word for droplets - Boondi and Moti means bead or pearl in Hindi. Authentic Motichoor Ladoo is a sweet delicacy made from gram flour dough which are sweetened, mixed with cardamon and pressed into balls to form a cluster of tiny golden pearl beads full of succulent sweetness.
