I bought two vertical mice and a memory foam wrist pad hoping one or the other would help with my wrist pain. I don't know whether the mouse, the pad, or both, but my pain is gone. My wrist is in a much more natural position using this mouse. I really like the shape. I bought one mouse for my desktop and one to take with for my work laptop. The other vertical mouse is another brand and style so I could try a few vertical mice styles. This one is a bit smaller than the other one. I would recommend it for small to medium sized hands. I think if you have a very large hand, you should probably find a larger one.The mouse works very well and slides smoothly on the pad. The only thing I did not like about the mouse was the "breathing lights" as they call it. I am not one to read directions so I guess this is my fault, but I wrote the company to tell them that they were annoying and I would probably send this mouse back because of the lights. They replied quickly and said to hold down the DPI button for 5 seconds to toggle the lights off.
