So all I did out of the box was, extend the legs, unscrewed the pole x3 and slightly tightened, screwed on the double ball grip to the counter arm, and screwing it to the base...Done in around 3 minutes. As long as you do not over torque with the hand tightening dials, this will last forever. Great value for the money in my opinion !
