**Q: Can I use this mix and attain optimal results using a bread machine rather than the oven?**
A: It turns out great in the oven, I don’t have a bread machine so I have no idea, but baking it in the oven it’s like being in Ireland!

**Q: Are there other recipes that can be used with this mix?**
A: Not that I know of, but I change mine up by swapping buttermilk as the liquid and I add walnuts or dried fruit.
