The prong in the cable got bent in the process and broke off. I was just sick knowing that I would not have the luxury of my noise canceling head set for the 14-hr flight home. I learned my lesson too--remove cable prong from plug when you have to stand up! Living on a rural island I wasn't sure where to find the replacement for the broken cable before my next trip this year and was thrilled to find a cable on Amazon! Not only a perfect replacement, but the seller, Ron, the perfect seller. He communicated several times via email to assure my product arrived. I am so happy to find a cable that is a perfect fit for my Bose headset!
