En mi caso no faltó ni sobró ninguna pieza (los tornillos vienen empaquetados en blister).Para largas jornadas de juego o trabajo es excelente, los 3 puntos que flaquean a mi opinión son:Puede llegar a ser muy ruidosa cuándo uno de mueve en ella. Ésto se arregla con un poco de aceite.Los descansa brazos pueden ser insuficientes. A su altura máxima quedan cerca de 10cm arriba de las piernas, si tu escritorio es alto no tienes ningún soporte en el brazo o codo.La almohada de soporte lumbar no es la mejor. Es demasiado suave, después de un tiempo dejas de sentirla por completo, me es más cómodo usar la almohada de la cabeza en la espalda. Puedo pasar horas sentado sin sentir cansancio, la silla nones totalmente de piel lo cual me gusta ya que transpira mejor la piel,no le doy 5 estrellas porque uno de los tornillos de la base no entra completamente y al parecer está aislada la rosca, lo enrosque a medias. También que el envío llegó un día después de lo esperado. De resto me gustó mucho.
