That is, I've ordered and consumed (with occasional help from my wife) 5,040 oz, which is 315 pounds. This is considerably more than my body weight in steel cut oatmeal. So, I guess you could say I like it . . . The quality of this oatmeal is outstanding, and buying it in this quantity is a fantastic deal. One last aspect of this package deal: way, way back when I first ordered the stuff, the packaging was really poor; cardboard tubes with poorly affixed bottoms and poorly attached tops. It was intended for a restaurant market, and was likely packaged on the assumption that it would be in large crates, as opposed to being tossed around by some UPS driver. As a result, one often got a shipping box that had containers that had broken open, with loads of oatmeal floating around the box. Whoever's handling this stuff now appears to have really paid attention to what must have been a large number of complaints; packaging of the containers gradually improved over the years, and my last 4-5 shipments have arrived in perfect condition, with no leakage/no problems.
