My 7 lb Pomeranian loves it. She has plenty of room. It holds up well. Made of lightweight foam. I tossed her other bed right away when this arrived. It even has a darling little matching pillow. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Cute Concept, Horrible Quality!! *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2013* I thought with mostly high reviews that this item would be absolutely adorable and had high expectations for it. I've always spoiled my cat and she has lots of beds, but I thought this would be perfect for her and even though it was just under $27 plus another $15 for shipping, my cat was worth it, so I decided to spend the extra money (more than I've ever paid for with a bed for her) and get what looked like an adorable bed!I was highly disappointed upon receiving it with the quality for what I'd paid for this bed. Upon opening the box, the frilly fabric on both ends had long strings loose EVERYWHERE, so needless to say, I had to cut those excess strings off so it did not become a hazard to my cat if she got hold of them and ingested them. Then I discover that the vinyl bottom was coming loose in MANY areas from the foam bed itself. I in turn super glued the vinyl to the bottom of the foam (which I should NOT have had to do) but contacted the seller (Rowland Direct Wholesale) as I only saw this as a temporary solution and really poor quality that I'd have to go to these lengths to "fix" a pet bed that I paid enough for that I expected A LOT better quality for.The seller's reply to all this was to provide pictures. I told them that is kind of hard to do when, as I'd already told them in my 1st email if they would have read it, the strings were removed IMMEDIATELY before my cat even got the bed as it provided a hazard to my cat if swallowed, so I told them it's not possible to provide pics of that but since the vinyl was super glued back onto the foam, that too is hard to take pics of unless they wanted me to try to pry it apart where I'd super glued it and then have to either "fix" the bed again OR have a more damaged product than I had to begin with. Their response was something along the lines of they would check into the issues for the future and if I had further questions about the item to contact them back by email again.So really the seller was of no help at all. At no time was it asked that I return the horribly made product to them in exchange for getting a different one sent and also a replacement was never offered.I advised the seller I will NEVER order anything from them again if this is the quality with which things are made from them when I paid a significant amount of money and that for what I paid, I should have gotten a better quality product. In the emails, they never directly replied to that comment even though it was said several times.My cat LOVES the bed- if you choose to purchase this product, I'd advise anyone about the pillow it comes with as there is a rhinestone on the pillow on the ribbon that could easily be chewed off and become a choking hazard - my cat is always trying to chew at it, so I have to keep the pillow facing down so she doesn't chew it off and swallow it and have it become a choking hazard. As I stated in my title for this review- cute concept, horrible quality!I will NEVER order from this seller again with the lack of help and lack of good customer service, and would honestly never recommend this product.
