I have had stomach issues my entire adult life and although I still go through bouts of issues, this has kept me regular the majority of the time. It has 100 billion active probiotic cultures in it, which is more than any other product I've seen on the market. If you are considering probiotics, consider this one first. I prefer the berry flavor, but all three are good. I don't like the taste of coconut, which is good, because I don't taste coconut in this product and I am very particular about taste- especially in liquid form. It is slightly fizzy and you take a small amount, making it totally bearable. Once you've been taking it for a bit you grow a liking to the taste and actually enjoy taking it. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I follow it with a tall glass of water to start the day.This product is good for anyone who 1) wants to give probiotics a try 2) has stomach issues and is looking to get regular 3) has tried other probiotics with little noticeable benefits. My advice is to start with half the regular dose for 3 to 7 days (depending on how your stomach is to begin with). If you have stomach issues to begin with, half the dose for a week and then work your way up so it isn't a shock to your system. You may get excess gas or cramping if you take too much. If you are taking it on a regular basis and you go on antibiotics or you get sick, try taking more than the normal dose and then go back to the regular dose.People mentioned that it is expensive on Amazon. Keep in mind that it has to be kept refrigerated and therefor the shipping costs are $20. At WFM and Wegmans it is $15.99 per bottle, plus tax. I like to buy more than one because I don't want to run out. One bottle lasts the average person one month. Usually the expiration dates go out anywhere from 4 to 8 months when I've bought it in the store. If more than one person is taking it in your household, buying six bottles at a time is not a ton. It lasts my husband and I 3 months. So I don't think that spending $116 (including tax and shipping) on Amazon is bad, given the convenience factor and the fact that you know that it is "in stock". Sometimes at the store you can't purchase 6 bottles at a time because they may only stock 3 of each flavor. Sometimes they are completely out of stock! Knowing the stomach issues I've had, I would gladly pay a few extra bucks to ensure that I don't run out or stop taking it. The few times I did stop taking it I had major issues and had to go back to square one.
