this key has FIDO2 and FIDO U2F. This key is able to work with windows hello via the FIDO2 protocol.

**Q: Again, this does not appear to work with windows hello. i have similar devices from 2 other vendors that do.  please advise how to make it work.**
A: its doesnt working with windows hello.

**Q: How many fingerprints ca this device store? how many user names and passwords can it store?**
A: It can save many fingerprints but no user/password information.

**Q: Does the led flash to prompt a fingerprint read request?... or only to verify initial fingerprint storage data?**
A: when it flashes it requires your authentication
