See photo.When I put on this robe after surfing with my skin damp, it was really itchy and I got some red blotches on my skin. I don't believe I have a polyester allergy, I figure I'd know by now, so I will put this through the wash in the hope that it's chemicals from manufacture which will wash off.The DryRobe brand (alternative robe) has a different "sherpa" material... "Our super warm lining Synthetic Lambswool lining (51% Acrylic, 49% Polyester)". I may try one of those if I still get a rash after washing this.---Besides this issue, the robe doesn't have a great fit. It's one size, I'm about 5'11 and I found the arms to be too long and awkwardly tapered. A shorter arm length would benefit maneuvering out of a wetsuit and not sacrifice crucial core warmth.The general quality is good otherwise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely - large fits 5'3 size 14-16 female *by D***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2020* Arrived this morning, I ordered last week. I'm 5"3 and size 14-16, and the only size left was large. I ordered it anyway, and while it is big, its fine. The front is shorter than the back, so it comes down to my shins on the front, and above my ankles on the back (definitely not long enough to trip over, I can move easily). The sleeves are long, but have velcro straps around the wrists to pull them in tight so they're fine. It's perfect for what I want it for, which is keeping me warm after a sea swim, and being able to get changed comfortably under it. Also cheaper than the leading brand, and doesn't seem to be any compromise in quality. My son knew that Northcore was a really good alternative so I ordered one for our son-in-laws birthday. When it arrived we couldn’t believe the quality! It came in a well made drawstring bag and the robe is fleece lined. The recipient was really pleased with it and didn’t notice the difference either to start with! Highly recommend this item.
