The item description was for a non branded item, but i received the same color, pattern, and style branded as Tesla, with tesla logos imprinted across the waist. I ordered 2xl, which is one size up from what i would normally buy, which fit comfortably and with appropriate skin tightness on my normal 38-40 waist. The material is thin, similar to underarmour or the material in a speedo style swimsuit. These are not outerwear. They are definitely underware and need shorts or pants over top to not be obsene. It is tagged as a base layer garment, like a pair of performance long johns. Was hoping for more compression and support than they actually give as i was looking for something to wear under my baseball pants to help with muscle fatigue and injury. The compression is moderate. The fit is tight against the skin, but the material is so stretchy that it does give quite a bit. The support is somewhat minimal because of the stretch. They do feel very cool against the skin and would probably still be comfortable in warm weather. The length hits just below the calf. While, compression isnt a real health benefit from studies, these do help prevent abrasion from floor based work outs. And the make a good base layer. Make sure to measure your waste first and assume larger size if you're not sure. My waste is 33" and medium just barely fits. Need to see how it holds up in long run.
