After wearing these for an hour, I actually had nerve pain in my bunions that I never had before. I could not walk on these. I’m sure they work for some people. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Some Pain Relief *by D***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 24, 2019* Let me start by saying that I don't think the wearing of this type of apparatus will correct a bunion but you will get some relief from pain but you must wear it everyday. I put mine on when I get home from work at night and then to bed. I would recommend putting a back strap to keep it on the foot because you can easily "walk it off" and it's usually fallen off in bed. Can’t be worn under shoes so my plan was to sleep in them but they woke me up or kept me awake due to the discomfort.
