A tad long (because I'm short, haha) but if you are wearing it with a wedge or heels (I wore 2 1/2 inch wedges with it) the length is fine. The material is soft, super comfortable and cool, and has just the right drape. The pockets do stick out a little bit on my hips, but honestly I think I am the only one who noticed (and I asked numerous people). As someone else mentioned in another review, you can flip them backwards and they will lay flat. I wore this dress to my son's wedding rehearsal dinner and received tons of compliments!
