I have even put them in my morning coffee several times. After 3 months my vitamin D rose from 16 to 25. My doctor was pleased but wanted me to up it one drop for 1200IU and after 6 months I shot up to 45. I have now stabilized around 39.The 10ml bottle has 365 single drops for one year, in my case a bottle lasts 4 months.
