Her 65# German Shepard gets diarrhea when on long trips (3 1/2 hours). We double the covers and remove the top cover after her first accident. I think the only issue you might have is if the hammock doesn't rest on your seats (like if it's actually hanging from the seat headrests) then your 2 dogs might be too much weight for the plastic clips.
