This version is for more extreme wear environments, and will have a slightly tacky feel to it even after drying. The slight tackiness helps our lashes stay better for our customers who are looking for a magnetic eyeliner that will hold their lashes while riding motorcycles, exercising, playing sports, performing, working in hot and/or humid environments, etc. Must use oil-based makeup remover, or grapeseed oil, to remove eyeliner. It's not meant to come off easily during extreme wear, so very few makeup removers will work to take it off.
