You can probably read it in a day. I liked how it described the bucket concept in brief in the beginning which prepared me how read the book going forward. The book describes the analogy of a bucket to our life. The positive things are what fills our bucket, and the negative things empty our bucket. It provides a great balance of visuals, statistics, strategies and stories that help you with your relationships and health which also lead to a more productive and longer life. It comes with colorful activity cards as well. A positively well thought-out and life changing book!!!
