**Q: The site says they ship same day as harvest but the delivery date is july???  their season is may isn't it. anyone have an earlier delivery**
A: Hi, Thank you for your question. Amazon is not allowing me to change the handling time. If you order on a Friday, for example, this is a holiday weekend… I will pick and ship your Fiddleheads on Tuesday next week so they arrive fresh and cold.
