With the right video editing software, both the "lime green" and the "green" suits can be removed from the video in addition to a green screen backdrop. The lime green is significantly lighter than my chromakey back drop. The darker "green" is much closer in color but it is darker than my backdrop. If your uses are very sensitive to contrast, it's possible that neither green suit options from this brand will work well for you. That said, the suits are better quality and comfort than I expected. I used the sizing chart and purchased a large, I am 5'5", and they fit very well. I can see them stretching to fit others a bit larger than me too.
