You can ignore the instruction for front wheels (swivel wheels) but the instruction for back wheels are correct. The front wheels don't really need instructions because all you have to do is just push them in.For the back wheels (NOT swivel wheels), I strongly recommend that you bend the pins (last step). Over the weekend I used it for the first time and one of the back wheels came off after 5 minutes using it. I couldn't find the pin so I used safety pin instead and it's been working fine, but of course the other wheel came off too. I think if I bend the pin or use paper clip, the back wheels should stay in place.It's not perfect, but it's really easy to fix the problem and it's cheap. I also like the fact that it came with lining. For $30, so far, I'm happy. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2013* I love the cart. It folds/unfolds easily and holds a tons of "stuff". The problem is one of the back wheels is not round. It is very curvy. No way quality control looked at the this one. Imagine our chagrin when the unit arrived without a cover. The unit works well but alas we miss the cover.
