I like BHBs but my body sometimes responds weirdly to the sodium. I like that these are lower sodium and did not cause the facial edema of other products. It also helped my brain function and practice test scores a lot.

Like many bhb powders its disgusting but managable. I like this product because it didn't give me diarrhea like some other brands I've tried and raised my ketones within 30 minutes. Will purchase again.

The powder is all hard and clumped up.

I have been taking the Keto Fire capsules for several months and love them! The powder is great. I am surprised how great it tastes. My rating is 4 instead of 5 stars because I am still not sure if I feel as much potency from the powder as I do from the capsules.

Worst ketone product I’ve tried yet it doesn’t help with ketosis it will spike your ketone levels for maybe and hour then you are right back where you started will NEVER buy again
