**Q: Is this a glass or plastic bottle?**
A: It’s a plastic bottle. Gorgeous flavour especially in hot chocolate.

**Q: Can I use this for a black forest cake in replacement of kirsch liqueur?**
A: I don't know. But as this is basically a flavoured sugar syrup I don't see why not. The flavour is certainly good enough. I have only ever used this in coffee so I can't pretend to be an expert. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is there meant to be froth on top?**
A: It's a syrup to flavour your drink it doesn't make a froth hope this is useful.

**Q: Does this contain nuts**
A: Unsure, I bought as a gift for my mum so cant check the bottle
