I absolutely love it, the taste is not as good as a regular pancake but it does the trick. Review: One of the Better Diet Breakfasts - I wasn't completely sure what to expect with a powdered omelet diet breakfast but wanted a change from shakes in the morning. The initial mixing of the powder was the only thing that took a star away as it was not overly easy to try and mix it up in an effort to break up the powder clumps and have it all smooth. Even with some clumps remaining, I went ahead and cooked it. Only took a few minutes - the flavor and consistency was good. I ended up making scrambled eggs instead of an omelet but still very good. Will be ordering more of this. Even without being on a diet, limited eggs at the grocery stores makes this a good backup! ## Features - Cheese-Bacon Flavored Omelette - Looking for a quick breakfast option?
