Do they fall apart/off?** A: No, haven’t had any issues with the wheels falling off or coming apart. Seems to be a well made stroller. **Q: How is the fabic?** A: It is very sturdy. My granddaughter loves this stroller. She has actually sat in it herself although I do not recommend it. I have the high chair in this fabric also and it is very sturdy also. **Q: Can you fold it up?** A: Nope.
