A: You have to pay to send it back (via post office for me) - I made a phone call to amazon and they said they'd refund me the cost which was about £11 I think?

This is a lovely rug has made my little cottage look warm and cosy it’s easy to hoover and does not loose any threads only negative was the delivery driver didn’t follow instructions so it was left on my front door why the 4 stars which does not retract from the rug it’s beautiful.
