All it took was 3 weeks of icing my foot, using this wrap with some Tiger Balm and resting it. After 3 weeks I was able to run again. I was truly scared that I was going to need surgery or wasn't going to be able to run again, but thanks to this bandage I am now good to go again. PS: Make sure that you apply the bandage the way that it says on the instructions. I didn't follow the instructions the way it said & woke up with some pain in my foot.
