So after searching in multiple other Ross stores like on some crazy scavenger hunt, I decided to pony up the few bucks and get it here on Amazon.The book is intended for jotting down one's thoughts, and adventures while on their travels. On each left side page on the bottom is an inspirational quote in regard to life in general, and on each right side page up on top is a small religious inspired quote. I don't consider myself a very religious person, nor is my friend who I intend to give this to, so it's not so religious that it would offend anyone. All the quotes are simply wonderful little affirmations and inspirations.The paper is nice and thick feeling and an old world brown/tan color, and all the right side pages are lined while the left side is blank for scribbles, or pasting photos or mementos of the trip. It has a very nice and strong feeling hard cover with an elastic around it to secure it closed. It also has a ribbon page marker as well. In the back cover is a nice little paper slot to slide in little mementos like receipts or photos from the trip.It will fit nicely in any travel bag and I feel it's just the right size for traveling with. Not too big or small.
