I want to preface that I go to the gym daily and do a lot of lifting but I have shifted to more cardio, to drop some pounds. Along with diet and doing daily cardio I lost 18 pounds in a month (now I have had these for 3 weeks) So much so I'm about to order 2 XL sizes because the XXL's are a little to big. The good thing is it makes you sweat like crazy around your mid section, and because it seem to me that my midsection was so warm from sweating I didn't want to eat. I will say you have to drink a lot of water, also to lose weight the diet is most important. I gave comfort 3 stars because if you are overweight like I am its a tight fit initially and takes some getting used too, but it is worth what I paid and I will keep buying these until I meet my goal weight. I started at 293, a month later I'm at 275, and this has helped immensely.
