It is neoprene; all tags are labeled triangl, the square beads at the end of the bikini strings say triangl. The bathing suit itself is great, but the sizing chart not so much. I am a 32D, size 6 in pants, and I have an athletic build. I followed the sizing chart; I ordered a medium. But when I got it is was too small, I would go a size up from what the sizing chart says.
