I hesitantly purchased it again because I was craving more information on feminine essence, what it is, how to work with it...and this book definitely delivered! I really appreciate that the book is not filled with client stories, as many other books bulk up content by telling stories of people they have guided, helped, etc. Its tiring and unhelpful after a while. In this book, I remember maybe around 2 client short paragraphs. She threw in some personal examples, but the majority of the book is her talking about concepts. The concepts begin very feminine focused, and then later on in the book you've realized she's started talking about more broad-spectrum topics. The lessons flowed really well together, and the exercises are doable. You can really tell she is just talking about something she loves and genuinely wants to share. Without selling herself as a coach, without promising -blank-, without sounding superficial (in the spiritual sense). It was a really nice balance between what you would initially think a book like this would be (taking care of your body/looks, posture, etc) and a new approach (energy work, noticing your patterns/habits). She makes you think, and if you are open-minded you can learn a lot. I read it in 3 days, highlighting and noting. I will now go back and work on the exercises.
