The first time I got "bananas" in the buds, the second time using it I got sort of regular looking male flowers in the buds. Both instances are fine and will work okay in pollination.A few suggestions: It's a good idea to buy the four ounce bottle...you don't want to run short. Start spraying a week before placing the plant into the flowering cycle. Choose a branch or two or three and spray the growth tips along the branches once a day for 21 days. You don't have to spray the shade leaves, just the growth where the buds will form. My most recent use of this product led to male flowers being very obviously visible right after the end of the 21 days of spraying.
