I have a 2006 4runner with a 30mm sway bar. I had a clunk noise when going over bumps so I replaced sway bar end links and these sway bar bushings. Even though the end links did not help the noise, they were blown out so that's good. Next I installed these bushings and boom, noise is gone. They fit perfect!Be careful removing the bolts on the bracket. The nuts are inside the tube frame and lightly tacked in place. One side went from a 10min job to a 1-1/2 job.
