If you have a long body then size up. I wear a 10 usually but often a 12 in a swimming costume. I had to return a couple of times but 16-18 worked for me in the end. They are excellent for the price. **Q: Does this costume have any padding triangles or pouches for padding in boob area?** A: Yes it does have boob padding. As I had to buy a big size to get this to fit me, my boob padding is in the wrong place for me lol. From memory it's round padding - it's sufficient anyway, no issues with the effects of the cold on that part of the body anyway! **Q: Size 10 should i buy 8-10 or 12-14 ?? as there is no 10-12 option.** A: I had the same problem as I am size 14, so assumed the 12-14 wouldn’t fit.
