All women's pants are usually too tight on my waist so that I muffin top, and then saggy in the butt and hips. These hug my butt and thighs enough to stay up but there is absolutely no muffin-topping in the waist. They are long enough that I can wear them with ankle boots, and tight enough that I can wear them with tall boots.
