I also used the same model in an office for several years. They both worked extremely well for such a small and compact machine. It doesn't get in the way when it's out on the counter--I just slide it to the back wall and it's fine there all the time. It's easy to clean, it makes a great latte (I never use the extra plastic wand for cap.)--very close to professional micro foam. It's relatively quiet. It's reliable. The only thing I don't like is the water container is hard to clean in the very bottom--it can tend to grow algae, and it's hard to get down into the bottom to clean well.
