Instructions: 1. Use an electric drill to punch a workpiece to make a guide hole before using the hydraulic hole punch 2. Swivel the pull rod into the screw of the piston cylinder, insert the rod with a gasket and go with the rod through the lower cutting stamp 3. Place the pull rod in the guide hole and twist the top cutting tool through the rod to tightly connect the top cutting tool, the workpiece and the bottom cutting tool. 4. Close the overflow valve clockwise and then press the hand lever repeatedly for the piston pump to work. When the oil pressure rises and the shaving power is in between When the cutting stamp increases, the stamp starts to punch to the end. After punching, the hand lever must be stopped immediately. 5.
