First the "silver" part in the pattern is actually very blingy (almost glittery). I am a big bling fan but I wouldn't have bought it if I knew. The outside cover on the leopard pattern is clear plastic. This will help to keep clean at all times but again, not what I would have chosen. The gold stripe on the side is a nice muted gold leather look and that is very nice and soft. I would have loved the whole binder like that. If you want this for school or college then it's perfect. For a professional, not so much. Again, I love prints and bling but not together and for work.The good: well it looks like very nice quality on the inside. It has two zippers tabs that glide nicely. My iphone 11 Pro fits perfectly (with a case) in the pocket. Both paper pockets fit full size sheet of paper 8.5 x 11". I have several papers in there with no problem.I also like that it's not too thick. It's a great size.I will buy this brand again but just pay more attention to the outside. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slanted scales but otherwise well-made. Exchanging for the black one. *by I***L on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2020* I originally intended to buy the black one, but the mermaid one seemed more fun so I went with it instead. Turned out that I should have stuck with my first impulse, because the pattern of the mermaid scales was slanted just slightly. It's not drastic or anything, but it's noticeable and bothering to me. And if I'm going to spend 30 bucks on something, I don't want it to look as if the person who made it couldn't be bothered to make sure the pattern was straight. Also, the gold color simply isn't me. Based on the picture, it seemed more of a soft, creamy shade of gold, but nope, it's bright metallic gold, and I'm just not a gold kind of girl. But having said all that, crooked scale aside, it is well-made and sturdy. It fits my RocketBook on the clipboard side and my 10" tablet in one of the pockets on the other side, and it's Bluetooth keyboard in the other. My Samsung S10eeasily fits in the smaller pocket. So it holds all the things I need it to and feels like it'll last awhile, so I'm sending the mermaid one back and getting the black one that I wanted to begin with. I spent a lot of time looking at different folios, reading reviews, etc., and finally settled on this one. I was very pleased when it arrived. It’s nice and sturdy - not flimsy at all - and even though all of my cats take turns sleeping on it, it doesn’t hold cat hair (!!!!). That’s worth major points.
