I just received this item, and it is going back.  The reason?  Because stupid me did not read these reviews which are about everything EXCEPT the GPS.  Plus, there are no instructions to put the mount together.

I  did not know the GPS was British made(inferior quality), since the customer reviews at Amazon for all the GPS units except the Garmins, were  incorrect and for completely different items. I tried to assemble the parts without the instructions and absolutely none of them fit together making the unit unusable. I am returning it to Amazon

The directions are not clear. There is no illustration to assist in figuring out how to use it. HOW DO I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND, PLEASE?? i HAVE NEVER HAD A GPS THIS POORLY MADE/OFFERED.
