It very, very nice and indeed extra large. It will serve my family at soccer games, zoo days, beach outings, picnics, etc. It rolls tightly and is portable with being bulky or heavy. I like the rainbow color because if my grand kids run off to play, they can spot it from a distance without too much trouble. Its a veritable glowing checkpoint for them to come back to and check in before going off again to play. It's soft on top but waterproof and sandproof on the bottom.
