Sounded like something was loose but can't work out what but having said that the arm bars spin around and need tightening every now and then but actually other than that I think its a good piece of equipment. The pulse monitor flashes up and goes before you can see the true rate but it may be just me needing to get to grips with the options rather than it switching from one to another.
