I placed my order and then used the "contact seller" option to give information for the customizations. Within 24 hours of placing the order, Charlie emailed me with 3 proof pictures for approval. Once we approved/accepted the proofs, it went into the mail within 12 hours and was sent by 2 day priority mail (USPS) from California. It arrived well ahead of the estimated delivery date, which is always a plus when dealing with an anxious bride. It was packaged very well in a thick round tube and was very easy and quick to flatten out when removed. It came with a few sheets for guests to try their signatures before writing on the actual leaves, a very fine point Sharpie and a very nice instruction sheet for guests that we will place in a frame on the table. The bride and groom are very much looking forward to framing it after the wedding and displaying it in their living room. This is a much better alternative to a traditional guest book that would probably end up in a drawer or boxed up and forgotten.
